About Me

Loredana Dattilo

Hi, I am Loredana, the founder of LD Coaching.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief, beautifully captured by Walt Disney's words: "If you can dream it, you can do it."

I'm convinced that every person carries unique strengths and inner resources, often waiting to be discovered, clarified and brought to life.
When we create space to reflect, explore new perspectives and align with what truly matters, meaningful growths and sustainable transformation can unfold.

Born and raised in Basel, Switzerland, with Italian roots I bring over 22 years of professional experience, including 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Shaped by international environment and diverse cultures.

I speak English, German, Italian, and French and my way of working blends structure, optimism and collaboration with a deep respect for each person's individuality.  Since 2019, I've been supporting individuals, leaders and organizations in navigating change, gaining clarity and unlocking their full potential.

My coaching helps people develop confidence, expand their perspective, integrate insights and move from intention to meaningful action.
I'm known for creating a safe, confidential space where you feel heard, supported and empowered to reconnect with your own answers and create sustainable solutions.

As a lifelong learner, I stay grounded through meditation, yoga, reading and continuous development - qualities I bring into every coaching conversation.

I believe that as soon as you can dream your ideal state,
dreams become the architects of your destiny.

They will inspire you and give you the right drive to
achieve whatever you are looking for.
